TCS Serial General Bagging Machine

TCS serial Automatic microcomputer-controlled Bagging Machine is widely used in bagging for various finely-fluidized powder lot and granule lot. With the adoption of EDI-312 weighing indicator introduced from Japan, the machine boasts the property of anti-interference, total-enclosure, resistant to corrosion.

It is adjustable in bagging weight and accurate in weighing.The pneumatic double disc is adopted to control the flow of material,by which the flow may be executed from pouring down at first to a later trickle so that the weighing precision in the dynamic filling process will be ensured.

Weighing precision: higher than 1/1000;

Output/per hour: according to the material weight,bag weight,and the fluidity.

Working process:
First, switch on the general supply, and press the button for feed bin vibrator. Next, cover the packing bag over the mouth and lock it before pressing the filling button to open the upper limit and inferior limit air cylinder completely. When the filling was started and the bag weight reaches the inferior limit, the inferior limit cylinder will be totally shut down.When the upper cylinder is half closed and the material begin to trickle till the weight meet the anticipated value, the upper cylinder will completely closed and the ash releasing stops. Finally, open the lock and take out the bag.

During the bagging process, a hoisting frame can be used to lift or lower the packing bag. TCS-50Z is used to regulate the altitude of the belt to ensure a smooth bagging process.

Caution:

Open the air-controlling tank, inject 15ml,15# light engine oil in the oil tank, regulate the pressure-valve of cavity machine and adjust the pressure to 0.4 Mp.
